Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring across multiple domains (IT, Sales, Operations, Creative roles etc.)
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
Experience with bulk hiring or campus recruitment
