Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Retir at TEDxIAQS. The role involves diligent organizational support, assisting in event planning, collaborating with team members, and ensuring all event logistics run smoothly. The Retir will coordinate speakers, manage schedules, oversee event operations, and assist in promoting the TEDxIAQS mission. Additional responsibilities include managing communication with stakeholders and contributing to post-event reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Event Planning and Coordination, including scheduling and logistics management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for collaborating with speakers, team members, and stakeholders
• Administrative Skills such as organization, task prioritization, and time management
• Marketing and Social Media Management to assist in promoting the event and engaging the audience
• Problem-Solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges during events
• Attention to Detail and ability to ensure accuracy in operations and deliverables
• Interest or background in TEDx events, education, or actuary-related disciplines is a plus
