- Be Responsible for SOP maintenance, implementations and Adherence.
- Should Able to Manage the Operations of Salary Now (Digital Lending App)
- Should be able to formulate / modify any credit policies. - Should have deep knowledge of Personal Loan, to be able to create various products.
- Be well aware of the RBI Guidelines, to ensure that Salary Now is complaint with RBI Norms.
- Should be able to create / modify systems for a better TAT in disbursement.
- Should be able to monitor the system to ensure more efficiency in terms of flow of the Application / Disbursement / Collection or any other grievance.
- Should be able to formulate / modify any collection policy, as required.
- Monitor the LMS, and able to give input on the LMS which is currently being used by the system.
- Evaluate the running the MIS and be able to modify/correct where ever required.
- Do an Analysis of current user data and create a future strategy accordingly.
- Should be able to liaison the gap between any departments.
- Be able to communicate with our lending partner and bridge the gap, if any in Ensuring 100% reconciliations with partners of POS, DPD, disbursement of loans, repayments on a daily basis and settlement of FLDG on a monthly basis.
- Strategic Business Planning and product launch. Be Responsible for new product planning and completing the due diligence before the launch of the product, completing all the compliances as per the government / RBI / any other concerned authority.
- Building product process flows. Product Architecture Designing, Data flow process development, guiding product and tech team to deliver the required product as per the market needs.
- Resource planning and hiring plans as per product launches, Ensuring revenue generation as per company targets. P& L responsibility of existing and newly acquired accounts.
