Job Summary:
The NBFC company is seeking highly experienced retired bankers and finance professionals with a proven track record in capital raising. The role involves raising capital from Government Banks, Private Banks, and other sources to support the NBFC's growth plans. The ideal candidate will have at least 25 years of experience in fundraising for NBFCs and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet the NBFC's capital requirements.
• Build relationships with Government Banks, Private Banks, and other financial institutions to secure funding.
• Evaluate and negotiate funding terms with potential investors to ensure favorable terms for the NBFC.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support fundraising activities.
• Prepare and present fundraising proposals to potential investors.
• Collaborate with other departments within the NBFC to ensure that fundraising efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in the financial services industry that may impact fundraising activities.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 25 years of experience in fundraising for NBFCs, with a successful track record of raising capital from Government Banks, Private Banks, and other sources.
• Deep understanding of financial services industry regulations and market trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with NBFCs in India.
• Proven ability to raise capital in challenging market conditions.
• Strong network of contacts within the financial services industry.
