Job Description
This is a pivotal administrative position supporting the Director and Orthopaedics team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, including managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements
Act as the central point of contact, coordinating and prioritising incoming and outgoing communications
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems while supporting HR processes such as rosters and leave management
Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency, including supporting budget tracking and workforce administration

Demonstrated experience in administrative or secretarial roles with strong knowledge of office procedures
