Your responsibilities cover:
Develop and execute both global and regional initiatives such as UBS Collective Impact, Social Finance initiative and strategic partnerships
Adaption of global approach to philanthropy services to Australia/New Zealand specific needs and implementation of a structured philanthropy advisory process focused on the needs of clients from GWM, IB and AM
Systematic development of business pipeline (CA/ bankers education/CRGs/client events/education/positioning)
Generation of business results revenues generated by clients involved in philanthropy services once the offering is established.
Establishment of thorough knowledge base and thought leadership (research/access to academics, etc.)
Work with local management to position the business more positively in the industry

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Social Impact and Philanthropy team Australia and New Zealand. The role holder will focus on Philanthropy Advisory and will be responsible for advising clients on philanthropy strategy, business growth planning and approach towards social outcome and impact.
Your expertise

We are looking for a strong team-player who can succeed in a dynamic, global environment and is capable of working on a broad spectrum of challenges with multiple stakeholders.

As an experienced professional with proven track record in both, business development and philanthropy, you are expected to establish UBS philanthropy capabilities to position our bank as leading provider of philanthropy services within Australia and New Zealand

The successful candidate should have:
Industry experience: philanthropy with experience in advising family office, institutional clients how to manage or structure their philanthropic engagements
A proven track-record in business development (strategy, planning, leadership, stakeholder management & communication)
Able to act as a team player (able to work with and through teams and to engage external stakeholders)
Be creative and have strong social and presentation skills.
Be flexible and resilient to stressful situations.
