Job Description
As our client’s new Part-time Receptionist, you will step into the fast-paced and exciting world of Real Estate, with room to grow in your career. The position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and thrive in a client-focused environment. The successful applicant will be required to obtain their Real Estate Licence and will work Tuesday – Thursday each week.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and welcome clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Answer phone calls and manage emails with efficiency and professionalism.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining client records.
Assist with property listings and related marketing activities.

Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Real Estate licence.
