The Role & The Team

Join Airservices as a Revenue Administrator, where you'll play a key role in managing billing, debt recovery, and revenue processes. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in aviation billing and debt collection while driving continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced finance environment, we want you on our team!

Specific responsibilities will include however not limited to -

Billing:

Perform billing processes.
Process flight billing data from source systems following Airservices' procedures.
Maintain customer accounts and aircraft details in reference data.
Handle and resolve billing queries and exceptions.
Address customer and internal queries related to billing.
Debt Management:

Process customer payments and accurately record them in systems.
Communicate with customers regarding billing or accounts receivable inquiries.
Keep detailed records of debt collection and customer interactions.
Support preparation of reports on billing and accounts receivable status for internal decision-making.

The Person

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or similar accounting software is desirable.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to new responsibilities.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Experience in a transactional or back-office environment (desirable).
Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements (desirable).
Knowledge of the aviation industry (desirable)
