The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5 rated property, is currently recruiting for the Revenue Analyst to join our talented Revenue team. We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
In the role of a Revenue Analyst, your key focus will be to:
• Manage PMS, CRS and RMS systems on a daily basis
• Load rates and packages, managing all distribution channels (Website, OTA’s, wholesalers and GDS) in terms of rates and room availability
• Work with other departments to create and load packages/actions for key periods
• Work closely with the sales and reservation team in supportive and flexible manner
• Review Hotelligence and Demand 360 reports to uncover new business opportunities for the hotel
• Provide the Director of Revenue with accurate information on competitor pricing, business trends, availability, etc.
• Support the Director of Revenue to define the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods.
• Support the Director of Revenue to host the weekly revenue meetings
