Job Title: Revenue Assurance Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Revenue Assurance Executive preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee revenue processes, manage financial data, and ensure accurate revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing large volumes of invoices, managing MIS reports, tallying financial data, and working closely with the Sales team to streamline revenue-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice Management:
• Generate and process a large volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and reconcile invoices against sales transactions and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in billing.
• Revenue Monitoring & Data Reconciliation:
• Ensure accurate revenue recording and reconciliation of sales data.
• Identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, and mismatches in financial data.
• Work closely with the Finance & Accounts (F&A) department to ensure correct revenue booking.
• MIS Reporting & Data Analysis:
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to revenue, billing, and collections.
• Develop dashboards and insights to support management decision-making.
• Ensure reports are accurate and shared with relevant stakeholders on time.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Maintain close coordination with the Sales team to ensure smooth revenue processes.
• Address sales-related revenue concerns and support them with financial insights.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to improve revenue tracking mechanisms.
• Process Improvement & Compliance:
• Assist in implementing internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and revenue assurance standards.
• Recommend process enhancements to optimize efficiency in revenue management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue assurance, billing, financial analysis, or a related domain.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting (knowledge of Tally, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus).
• Experience in handling high volumes of invoices and revenue reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
