Revenue Manager Responsibility:
- Manage overall occupancy.
- Devise and execute plans to develop multiple channels and take initiatives to boost demand.
- Develop Processes and maintain Dashboards and work closely with hotel supply team.
- Closely monitor property level performance and devise solutions to improve performance.
- Resolve property wise issues and execute plans keeping in mind local considerations.
- Work with cross functional teams (Hotel Supply, and Technology, Finance etc.) to execute solutions for properties.
- Sound understanding of numbers and data.
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues.
- Use Data and solid Analysis to improve the process parameters.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS:
- At-least 0.6-1 years of experience in revenue management.
- Well versed with various performance metrics and dashboard.
- Good analytical and numerical skills for data crunching.
- Knowledge to develop strategic processes.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
