Salary $76,814 + 11.5% Superannuation
Based at Doncaster, Victoria - Hybrid

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to provide support to the Rates & Valuation team, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to achieve Council’s objectives. You will be a self-motivated person with highly developed time management skills and demonstrated analytical skills. Ideally you will also have experience in an Administration/Customer Service environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential.

You will play an essential role within the team with your high level of attention to detail and effective communication contributing to our success.

Skills and Experience

High level data entry skills to ensure accuracy and speed of processing
Personal organisational skills to prioritise tasks and duties to meet deadlines
Able to adapt to and work with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
Customer service experience dealing with enquiries via different methods of communication, with a high level of commitment to customer service
Have a willingness to identify and work towards continuous improvement
Able to positively contribute to a team and willingness to be collaborative.
Experience in an administration/customer service environment highly regarded
