Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Lekhpal to manage and maintain land records, assist in revenue collection, and support administrative functions at the village level. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination between government authorities and local residents.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update land ownership records and revenue documents.
Conduct field visits to verify land details and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the assessment and collection of land revenue and taxes.
Prepare reports related to crops, irrigation, and land usage.
Support government surveys and census-related activities.
Address public queries regarding land records and revenue matters.
Coordinate with Tehsildar and other officials for administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with government policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Certification or training in revenue administration (if applicable).
Basic knowledge of land record systems and local laws.
Proficiency in Hindi; basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Ability to work independently and in field conditions
