Unstop (Formerly Dare2Compete) is hiring for Revenue & Operations (Sales Ninjas) in Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore who will oversee maximizing the revenue of the company. His/Her task is to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. He/She needs to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement newer product ideas. He/She is responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy.
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore
Eligibility:
For Bangalore & Mumbai location 2+ years of experience is mandatory in B2B/ IT sales
Relevant Experience of 1 to 10 Years for Delhi
Candidates should hold a B.Tech degree(CS / IT / Electronics) (MBA will be a plus)
Brownie points for the members of the placement team of the institution or during MBA
Brownie points if candidates have participated in campus engagements during their graduation/post graduation
Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference.
Candidates with any kind of IT product sales background will be preferred
Compensation:
As per industry standards. Salary won't be a restriction for deserving candidates
The process is the same for all candidates irrespective of their work experience
