Urgent Opening with - Teleperformance for Revenue Reporting - AM.
Preference: Apply only if done CA
Compensation: Up to 10 LPA
Location: Jaipur
Shift - Rotational (Majorly Evening and Night)
Responsibilities:
• Understanding of end to Record to Report and other accounting domains.
• Manage Month End Close, Accruals, Prepayments, Fixed Assets accounting, Intercompany reconciliation and reporting.
• Drive efficiency, accuracy and value- added initiatives.
• Review of financial data Comparatives and various MIS
• Adheres to all SOX/Control requirements.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account in current role
• Consolidation of financial statements
• Independently handling audit related queries
• Contributing to periodic meetings, liaise with stakeholders for quick resolution.
Qualification, Experience/Competencies
• CA is minimum for this role.
• 4-5 years of Experience within finance shared services.
• Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management
• Good Knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS
• Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes
Other Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Good presentation skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
• Understanding of KPI/SLAs in RTR domain
• Good Knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS
