About This Role
This role requires an individual with comprehensive knowledge of Revit software, who can produce accurate and detailed drawings for architectural, civil, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all drawings and models comply with relevant building codes and standards.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop detailed 3D Revit models and 2D construction documents from schematic design through construction phases.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design intent and project requirements.
• Generate accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Model site plans, grading, drainage, and other civil engineering elements within the Revit environment.
