Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We're flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time , will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
• As a member of the Compensation Team the role holder will provide support in the development and delivery of modelling outputs, reporting and analytics in relation to employee compensation. The role holder will ensure execution is to the highest standards and compliant with the established Reward operating and governance model.
What will you be doing?
• Delivery of regular BAU reports and management of ad-hoc reporting requests
• Provision of data for Analytics processes or projects
• Data maintenance of compensation models and bespoke compensation tools
• Support analysis being undertaken by the Compensation team
• Work efficiently by leveraging available tools, relevant technical knowledge and best practice approach
• Be seen as a data subject matter expert, providing upskilling and support to all how to use the tools we have, SAP reporting etc.
• Pro-actively participate in projects across Compensation Analytics and the wider Compensation team
• Support the successful delivery of the annual pay review process through the running of compensation models and providing analysis/reporting to support the end to end process
• Contribute to data gathering, analysis and interpretation in relation to group wide reward projects and process development, such as market data and the annual salary review
• Continually identify ways to make process improvements and engage with the necessary stakeholders to embed new ways of working, ensuring smooth integration and hand offs
• Post graduate /Graduate with [additional/desired] qualification or certifications in Computers or analytics
• Experience in analytics or C&B (compensation & benefit) roles
• Has key competencies that include excellent numeracy, verbal reasoning, and analytical skills
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, experience of manipulation and interpretation of large volumes of data, with strong eye for detail,
• Experience of working with Power BI, VBA and/or similar applications or software
• Experience of data cleaning and preparation, and dashboarding.
