Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Mefron(Mantra)Technologies Pvt Ltd located in Chhatral. As a Rework Technician, you will be responsible for performing product rework and repair tasks, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and maintain accurate documentation of all rework activities.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in electronics assembly or rework
• Strong soldering skills and knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
