We are seeking highly motivated, outcome-oriented individuals with a strong background in RF technology to join our sales team. If you have extensive experience in the defense sector and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the defense, aerospace, medical, educational and research sectors, focusing primarily on Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and potentially Tamil Nadu, Kerala.
• Conduct in-person visits to customer sites to develop and maintain strong relationship, demonstrating strong knowledge about RF cable assemblies (DC-40GHz) and connector products.
• Act as a consultant, collaborating with customers to understand their specific application needs and recommending tailored solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
• Submit detailed reports summarizing discussions and potential opportunities by preparing comprehensive notes during customer visits.
• Develop and convert sales opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely and accurate quotes and proposals.
• Participate in industry events and tradeshows to expand market reach and brand awareness.
• Own and achieve sales targets post 12 months of joining the organization (initially, grace period of no sales targets will be provided in the first 12 months).
Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in RF or microwave engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of direct RF experience.
• Previous experience with DRDO, ISRO, HAL, BEL, or similar organizations, with good knowledge of these organizations' operations and needs.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave principles, including cable types, connectors, and their applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mandatory
· Candidate must be placed in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
· Willingness to travel.
· Native/Bilingual proficiency in Telugu.
