Introduction
This Role will be aligned to work on deliverables related to RFT-FT-Data Ops to provide a coverage on mentioned key accountabilities.
What will you be doing?
• Reporting - covering/preparing MOR, QBR, SOD, Biweekly deck, MOMs, weekly newsletter.
• Managing end to end reporting for completion of MT’s, Surveys or any other compliance requirements (Timesheets etc)
• Colleagues Engagement activities - Townhall, VP meetings, LT meetings, on ground activities and follow ups like trainings, data collection, initiatives etc.
• Upcoming hiring, connects with Recruitment teams, new joiners for successful turnovers of candidates.
• Working with wider groups to represent the department on certain initiatives
• Building/enhancement/structuring of communication framework - SF updates, Org charts, etc.
• Assisting leadership team with people oriented data
