Job Description : To ensure sanction of Credit/OTS proposals (beyond branch limit)/Takeover of loans in coordination with HO Branch expansion and ambience. New Branch manager alignment with the branch specific policies and systems To ensure all the assets of the branch are functional ( CCTV, security systems, UPS, Invertor etc.) Renewal of branch, RO, guest house lease agreements and AMC contracts To ensure change of mandate during transfer/resignation in a branch (bank account) To ensure wages are paid to security and housekeeping across all the branches Safe custody of duplicate keys
