How you will contribute
You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

What you need to know about this position:
Process & functional lead of our commercial finance engine between TPM and Financial systems.
Ownership over the E2E information flow, reconciliation process, quality and accuracy of the financial data exchanged.
Direct relationship and liaising with our MDS Finance teams guaranteeing consistency and stability, and fully accountable for mapping, planning impacts and executing possible changes on both ends
What extra ingredients you will bring:
• Experienced in Trade Promo Management Platforms and integration of related financial processes with an ERP system.
• Experience of data/integration in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial FI and Supply Chain
• SAP FICO, SD/MM and overall master data knowledge/experience.
• Advanced understanding of Integration solutions & architecture (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Business analysis experience along with knowledge of related commercial finance business processes.
• Good end user communication skills, comfortable working directly on requirements gathering and functional design documentation.
• Vendor management experience, working with and coordinating extended teams/contractors/partners.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Technical experience in data reconciliation & verification and usage of data analytic tools.
• Familiarity with and direct experience of integrating data in the areas of Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance and Supply Chain.
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to develop, maintain and grow a network of business relationships both functionally and cross- functionally, within own team and internal and external stakeholders.
• Desirable experience around RGM or RGM Analytics areas, like pricing, PPA and Trade Terms.
Job specific requirements:
• E2E ownership around the TPM commercial finance process, including master data setup and process, data onboarding and validation, integration engines, SAP system data processing, execution & reconciliation.
• Driving the optimization of our current commercial finance integration process, prioritizing quality and efficiency, and designing an improved evolution pipeline around stability and standardization.
• Direct relationship with countries commercial finance teams around TPM and SAP logic, process and requirements gathering.
• Connection and alignment between Sales Digital Experience and MDS Finance, making sure standards and guidelines are respected and followed throughout all layers.
• Stablish and develop a clear system for data validation and data quality checks, ensuring all necessary master data is available and validated, but also that TPM and SAP are 100% aligned and matching in terms of price conditions, promotion accruals, settlements/rebates execution.
• Partner with business owner to ensure that product is adopted and supported by users and business by eliminating non-value elements
• Partner with project deployment teams to anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, quantify the impact of making trade-offs, and balance business needs against technical constraints
• Support and overlook the deployment of the commercial finance process globally, identifying opportunities through lessons learned across all active deployments or live markets.
• Lead the communication strategy for product related improvements and upgrades.
• Active partnership with our product functional and technical area leads, providing continuous guidance towards the deployment objectives and milestones, helping with prioritization, enablement and business engagement for requirements and QA.
