The Rides & Events Specialist will develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for marquee rides and community events, aligning with Royal Enfield's Pure Motorcycling philosophy.
They will lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of large-scale, impactful brand experiential properties, including global marquee rides and community events. They will also oversee all aspects of ride and event operations and production from brief to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The specialist will drive innovation in event experiences by staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, regulations, and venue options. They will conduct thorough post-event evaluations and report on outcomes against objectives
