Job Title: Rigging and High-Altitude Burner Specialist
Location: Various locations
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate regular and reliable performance in all tasks.
• Work efficiently wearing personal protective equipment in various weather conditions.
• Navigate and complete tasks in challenging, hard-to-reach spaces and elevated structures.
• Maintain agility when walking and working on uneven surfaces.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing, kneeling, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, and reaching on a frequent basis.
• Show dexterity and coordination of hands and feet for effective operation.
• Meet pulmonary fitness standards for respirator use.
• Handle hazardous materials with care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-4 years of experience in burning, rigging, or crane operations.
Position Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Employment Type: Full-time hourly position
Travel: This is a field-based position requiring up to 95% travel from either our Pennsylvania or Illinois division.
Compensation: Hourly rate with health and fringe benefits per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
