Thats basically it. Negotiate a new contract with UPS so you can get higher pay as the current salary was made in 2013 its way out of date.
Did I mention you get free money. In my contract there is a minimum of 2 hrs per shift.
ive completed a shift in 15-20 before. that happens frequently. Free money
You're doing it yourself so no drug tests
