We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to identify, analyze, and mitigate financial and accounting risks. The role involves risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and supporting management with data-driven insights to ensure financial stability and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess financial, accounting, and operational risks Conduct risk analysis related to financial statements and transactions Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Develop risk reports, dashboards, and mitigation strategies Support internal controls and audit processes Analyze credit, market, and operational risks Assist in fraud detection and prevention measures Coordinate with finance, audit, and compliance teams Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field 1–6 years of experience in risk analysis, audit, or finance roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Understanding of risk frameworks and compliance standards Proficiency in MS Excel and risk analysis tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Salary: Salary as per company norms
