Contribute to risk management and analysis in a sustainable finance environment at BNP Paribas.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Contributing to UK Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) dashboard and committee reports.
• Preparing and analyzing data for UK managed portfolios and sub-portfolios.
• Monitoring exposure dynamics and conducting stress tests.
• Collaborating on Risk Appetite Statement metrics and risk assessments.
• Representing RISK SGCP UK in committees and discussions.
• Compiling reports for Retail Banking & Services UK perimeter.
• Responding to ad-hoc requests from regulators and internal teams.
• Sharing insights on market and supervisory developments.
• Maintaining data quality controls and contributing to automation initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree from a leading university, preferably PhD or MSc.
• Preferred certification: FRM (Financial Risk Manager, GARP).
• Good understanding of financial markets and various risk types.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Programming skills in Python or VBA.
• Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to deliver results, collaborate, and synthesize information.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with strong organizational skills.
