Meet the needs of key internal and external risk processes, reporting schedules, stakeholders and regulatory authorities in delivering assurance activities as per below:
• 1. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure bank’s people, processes, and technologies comply with its policies and standards.
• 2. Domain specific knowledge of working with bank’s key business verticals such as core banking, corporate / transaction banking, retail banking, payment systems, retail assets and cards.
• 3. Understanding of risk and control and has knowledge of building risk and control matrices across IT/IS domains
• 4. Ability to execute and complete risk and control reviews
• 5. Understanding of regulatory aspects within key business verticals and regulatory reporting
• 6. Understand regulatory asks for the business vertical, collate data for all regulatory requirements / submissions, verify completeness and accuracy of data and facilitate timely completion of submissions.
• 7. Collate and share data to be measured against internal Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• 8. Assist with relevant data while performing Application Risk Assessments. Work towards closing issues identified during application security assessment and improve overall health scores.
• +. Coordinate for all audits / assessments from data collation and validation stage for - statutory, internal, SOC, Application Risk Analysis, technology outsourcing or any other Operational Risk (OR) / Information Security (IS) / Internal Audits (IA) by providing walkthroughs, collating data against requirements and providing data to IA / IS / OR functions. Discussions and finalization of draft audit reports.
• 10. Verify completeness and accuracy of evidences such as source of data and validate closure of issues / action plans.
• 11. Improving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efficiency and efficacy for organizational incidents.
• 12. Track issues and actions to be taken by the LOB head and provide responses to IA / OR / IS / Compliance leads.
• 13. Ensuring timeliness of submissions, risk control review executions and issue closures such that no overdues for the business vertical.
• 14. Provide data against the metrics to represent on dashboards / management presentations.
• 15. Ability to train control owners and improve risk awareness among various business verticals.
