Job Purpose
To Measure & Monitor all identified risk on the assigned portfolio in a structured, systemic and time bound manner.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas
Actionable (4-6)
Create and Deploy a Risk Monitoring System using technology
• Create a reporting system that covers all stages in the lifecycle of risk management
• Use the created system to dispense all information to stakeholders
• Utilize learnings to create Early Warning Systems at a granular level (Unit Asset Class > Product > Program > Geography > parameter > vector )
Stake Holder Engagement
• Drive Risk Ownership / accountability along with adoption of reporting system
• Work closely with peer teams on trend observed post action or effect of delayed action
• Create and deploy a monitoring rhythm with all stakeholders related to IRM Monitoring system
Publications
Create & Publish Management Dashboards / News letters for awareness of the deployed system
Educational Qualifications (examples listed below)

• Chartered Accountant
• CFA
• MBA (Finance) from Cat A institutes / IIM
• FRM
• IIT / Data scientist
• Project Management
• Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to efficiently interpret given data
• Strong understanding of deployed process & process oriented
• Excellent time management skills, as a bank data analyst is required to complete several tasks within given deadlines
• Ability to conceptualize, implement and interpret Data reports & dashboards .
• Communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of Multivariate statistics , Decision Tree based analytical model/ evaluation techniques
• Proficient operating knowledge of MS Office – specifically excel, PowerPoint & word.
• Highly outcome driven
