The IPB Divisional Control Office (DCO) guards the Protect agenda by overseeing non-financial risks, conduct & control topics and regulatory changes. The team works across global IPB franchise delivering complex key risk and control agenda, adding value for the Business to reduce complexity and enhance controls. The team works with cross-functional and global teams, collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally across the bank.
