Your Team : The Chief operating Office supports organization-wide needs to drive various initiatives spanning across Robotic Process Automation, Data Reporting & Analytics, People Engagement Activities, Business Continuity Planning, Risk Issues and Incident reporting, Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement Etc. This position actively searches, creatively design Risk & Incident reporting to provide holistic overviews, vendor management reports and implements effective methods to support the Global Capability Centre in managing Business Continuity management programs in India. In addition, this position evaluates effectiveness through performance metrics & Ensures alignment with strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards. Responsibilities: Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people. Lead delivery of Risk papers, presentations and reports for CBA India Non-Financial Risk Committee and other committees, forums and project committees as required. Coach, mentor and lead team members and peers enabling them to develop their risk knowledge and become effective risk professionals. Manage root cause analysis of issues and incidents, identifying and implementing control improvements. Develop and producing executive reporting to provide insights on Open Risk Issues and Incidents. Enable Business (Chief Operating Office, Operations, Human Resource and Finance) to effectively manage open Issues and Incidents as per Issue and Incident management standards. Drive a strong, proactive risk and controls culture across our business stakeholders. Maintain strong professional expertise in risk management issues and approaches Support Business to perform Self-Assessment of key controls as per Control Assurance program standards. Enable the organization to prepare for disaster events by helping them identify their most critical business processes and the associated dependencies. (Includes Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management, Impact analysis, etc). Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations. Partner with other functions (e.g., enterprise risk management, internal audit, etc.) to identify new risks not covered by current BCP and create plans accordingly.
