In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager CCD Risk and Compliance to develop and implement a risk and compliance enhancement program across Customer Community and Destinations which confirms governance, oversight, reporting, and verification processes are in place to confirm key risks and compliance obligations are being effectively and consistently managed across CCD Teams.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

Confirm the CCD Risk and Compliance Plan is project managed through to delivery including implementing a control verification program.
Co-ordinate the annual review of key controls across CCD confirming the controls self-assessment program is fit for purpose and any gaps in procedures and guidance are addressed.
Lead the development, implementation and continual review of the CCD Risk and Compliance system including policies, procedures, guidance, systems, tools, learning and development programs and governance and oversight.
Provide advice, support, and education to operations teams to assist in the identification and management of key risks and compliance obligations.
Oversee reporting processes to support operational teams in accurately and effectively managing risks; and support teams to drive alignment and consistency across the business.

We are looking for an experienced Risk and compliance professional with strong experience developing and embedding policies and procedures on a national remit.

You will also have.

A strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities through to delivery.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to complete risk assessments and recommended fit for purpose controls and risk management strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and influence people at all levels and capabilities.
