Job Description
Due to continued growth this newly created role will see you partner with brokers, fleet clients and underwriters to reduce operational risk, improve safety performance and support quality underwriting decisions.Youll conduct fleet risk engagements (onsite surveys and reviews), assess risk controls, and translate risk analysis into practical, client- specific action plans that lift safety and portfolio performance.We welcome applicants from Operational Risk, Health& Safety (OH/WHS), risk consulting, and insurance. Underwriting and motor claims experience is valued but not essential.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
Lead onsite fleet risk surveys and structured quarterly reviews Develop and support client specific action plans and follow- through Evaluate risk controls and safety systems (policies, procedures, telemetry, training, compliance) Produce concise, data- informed risk reports and analytics highlighting trends and improvement opportunities Brief underwriters on risk quality and improvement expectations Support pre- renewal and new business strategies with clear risk insights Frame analysis to inform pricing and coverage decisions
