Job Purpose:
The role is required for rural business preferably Branch credit Manager (BCM)/Customer Service Manager (CSM). The role holder has the responsibility of doing hind sighting activity, and Risk & Control Assessment based on sampling with a good understanding of retail products / policies & its process. The role holder also has the responsibility of conducting Branch visits, Credit Hindsight, alliance review discussions with the stakeholders on the observations and publishing the reports with clear timelines and actionable. It entails the responsibility of identifying the risks & controls of the business, publishing the hindsight reports/ dashboards periodically to senior management to make process improvement decisions - thereby contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.
