Your Opportunity

You will lead the development and implementation of risk culture and education strategies that build organisational capability and embed risk principles into everyday decision-making. Through engaging training, communication, and collaboration, you’ll ensure staff are equipped to identify, manage, and report risks confidently and effectively.

With creativity and leadership, you will:
Design and deliver tailored risk education programs across all departments and levels.
Promote risk awareness through engaging communication strategies and learning tools.
Collaborate with leaders to embed risk behaviours into planning and operations.
Measure and monitor risk culture maturity and drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a strategic communicator and educator with a passion for cultural change. You translate complex risk concepts into accessible learning, and you lead with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
You will also need:
Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field.
Strong experience focused on risk in a learning, or organisational development role.
Proven experience in developing and delivering education programs in risk, compliance, or governance.
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
