Risk Management Support Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with servicing customer accounts, including phone calls and walk-in customers, complete insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers, issue binders, endorsements, cancellations/reinstatement notices, and prepare certificates of insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with servicing customer account, including phone calls and walk-in customers.

• Complete insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers.

• Issue binders, endorsements, cancellations/reinstatement notices, etc.

• Prepare and distribute certificates of insurance.

• Maintain accounts on agency management system.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Proper insurance licenses.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Agency Software.
