Job Description
Framing credit policy for acquisition of credit cards, Credit Limit Increase, Credit Limit Decrease, Loan on credit cards etc. Identifying avenues and formulating policies for qualifying Preapproved /Prequalified cross sell base for credit card sourcing, Line increase, loan on credit cards etc.
Rolling out training on policy changes to Sales, Underwriting team; responsible for giving clarifications and answering queries on product policy matters to Sales, Underwriting team, Branches, Marketing teams etc.
Analysis on Sourcing mix, TTD Analysis, Approval Rate monitoring, Reject analysis risk channel/Promo /score band/CIBIL band wise.
Highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective steps based on detailed portfolio analysis and Recommending ‘growth’ areas by identifying good performing segments in the product portfolio; suggesting new areas to increase business whilst maintaining acceptable loss levels
Set up ‘Early Warning Triggers’ for monitoring the portfolio and taking corrective action
Monitoring ‘Early trigger’ accounts on a monthly basis and work closely with collections team for understanding the reason for delinquent accounts
Making modifications in Business Rule Engine (BRE) as per changes made in the policies to identify the applications not fulfilling the policy criteria via Intellect Origination System (IOS)/RCAS/FICO & Indus.
Liaise with BSG/IT team for making changes in BRE/RCAS/FICO and for Automation for Credit Cards boarding in IOS/RCAS & Indus origination system.
Sharing BRD/updated DHW for BRE related changes
UAT for the BRE rules & the deployment of Process flow/changes in UAT environment before rolling out in the Production in origination system.
Understanding of LOS workflow to execute the Policy rules in BRE.
Monitoring the BRE changes post go live in production to ensure successful implementation in LOS
Implementation of Score card as per Risk channels & testing of score card output of Partial score & combination of App score & CIBIL score.
Managing Risk deliverables for assisted & DIY journey for sourcing credit card applications to facilitate digital fulfillment journey & lead management for both ETB & NTB customers.
Interacting & coordinating with CIBIL on an ongoing basis
