Job Role: Risk Oversight Analyst
Function: Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight
Location: Hybrid/flexible working across our key sites – Bristol / Edinburgh / London

How You’ll Make a Difference
The Operational Risk Oversight teams sit within the Second Line of Defence in the Risk Function in TSB and ensures that our business risks and controls are managed in a consistent way across the different risk categories. The teams provide oversight and challenge across our defined risk categories, to keep the bank safe, minimise loses and support sustainable growth.
What You’ll Bring
• Experience of executing and/or supporting end-to-end risk management activity in the assigned area / domain (Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation and Issue Management) based on a standard risk management framework.
• Domain / Subject matter experience and regulatory landscape awareness of the dedicated risk area / category
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, problem solving organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to and operate in a dynamic risk environment.
• Experience of risk governance and risk monitoring with strong digital and risk reporting skills
• Experience operating within/testing against Risk and Control Frameworks
• Strong data analysis, processing and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and communication skills.
