Job description
The Operations Lead plays a critical role in the success of our Cross Asset Derivatives team. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely confirmation execution within a risk-controlled environment. This includes managing market-driven flows, understanding client and market needs, and being able to manage the team to adapt to these changes to ensure delivery.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all trade confirmations are matched in a timely manner, meeting relevant regulatory requirements on confirmation timeliness, and fostering and maintaining communication channels with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are met per standard procedures in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills. You should also be fluent in English, both verbally and written, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
