The role
The Risk & Resilience Advisor will work closely with the workgroup to assist the ongoing development and implementation of frameworks, policies, decision-making processes, and training across risk, emergency management and business continuity programs.
The role plays a key part in supporting Gippsland Water’s risk, emergency management, security, insurance and business continuity programs.
You will also act as a first point of contact for day to day activities and enquiries, consulting regularly with the Risk & Resilience Lead.
What you’ll bring
Experience in emergency and/or risk management
Working knowledge of standards, legislation and systems relevant to the role
Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation, and to external customers
Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
