Location- Mumbai
Role Description
Responsible for maintaining the quality of the International Private Bank portfolio to ensure that the risk costs are at a minimum. To manage all activities related application processing for all Asset Products – Secured as well as unsecured loans. To ensure smooth handling of the credit appraisal process and controls while ensuring compliance with the documented norms.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible for all activities related application processing for all Asset Products – Secured as well as unsecured loans.
• Ensuring adequate capacity to support volumes
• Manage a team of Managers and Officers. Ensure team work, motivation resulting in higher productivity levels.
• Ensuring adherence to processes, compliance and audit related activities
• Ensure achievement of NCL, Provisions and Costs as per the budget for the region. Actively seek and maximise cost savings.
• Regular interaction with the Operations and the CPA teams on all matters relating to file processsing and improving the system efficiency.
• Manage Vendor relationships on verifications, legal, valuation and fraud sampling areas and resolve any issues arising on a case to case basis.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Turnaround times for various Credit activities in branches.
• Continuous Training & Feedback Sessions with the teams so that the product policies are correctly and consistently understood and implemented.
• To set and follow processes diligently so as to minimize audit comments viz. Group audit, internal quality assurance and concurrent audit, regulatory audit etc.
Your skills and experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Exposure to retail asset products is a must
• Must have prior experience in managing large internal teams
