Join us as a Risk Stress Testing Manager in Capital Optimisation If you're analytical, collaborative and comfortable challenging the status-quo, you're already on track to building a diverse and purposeful career in risk Shape the future of our stress testing programme and ensure that your function implements a robust stress testing framework that is enshrined in the corporate culture Risk plays a critical role when it comes to the safety of our bank, so you'll have the chance to enhance your current skillset as you carry out various risk activities to make improvements We're offering this role at associate vice president level What you'll do As a Risk Stress Testing Manager, you'll work closely with the broader risk function and front office, reviewing trade proposals from a risk-weighted asset and stress testing perspective, making recommendations or approvals. You'll coordinate the Stress Testing Committee and lead regulatory stress testing projects for Market Risk. A typical day will involve: Leading technology change projects related to underlying infrastructure and models Designing and implementing stress testing, capital policies and framework Ensuring that the business remains compliant with group and regulatory requirements and adheres to the established governance for stress testing The skills you'll need In your new role, you'll have eight years of relevant experience and a broad understanding of Traded Risk, including Rates, FX, credit asset classes product profiles, and regulatory directives. You'll have a proven track record in data driven analysis and statistical modelling. You'll have a post graduate diploma or degree in business management discipline or equivalent risk management certification or diploma, and ideally you'll also have experience in leading a sub-function in Market Risk, but this isn't essential. You'll also need: The ability to understand the bigger picture and act as an effective advisor Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of seniority within a large organisation
