Job Description
CCSU Head & SRM leads a team of Officials, and is incharge of Corporate Credit Service Units (CCSUs) which are largely based out of tier II towns (with a total staff strength of 2-4 depending on the size of Unit). CCSU SRM acts as an interface to the client and is responsible for delivery as well as providing service to the delight of non-retail borrowers under CRG & SME Segment. The SRM liaisons with the Borrower to obtain pre-requisites for disbursement, ensure timely disbursement & also facilitates monitoring by way of interface between the borrower and CCMC to which the unit is mapped to.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Banking solutions and superior service to the Corporate Borrowers
• Accompany Business RM for Pre-sanction visits and also act as an interface for liaising with the corporate borrowers
• Assign Title Search Report, Valuation Report & ROC Search Report for the corporate borrowers
• Obtain reports and scrutinize, share requisite details with credit team on pre-designed format
• Obtain pre-requisites for documentation and facilitate vetting of documents with Law Department and ensure obtention of credit opinion report from other lenders
• Co-ordinate with other lenders for issuance of Pari-Passu/NOCs and follow-up for creation/ perfection of security
• Co-ordinate with the Borrower and Business and facilitate execution of documents, compliance of pre-disbursement covenants, facilitate disbursement and obtain credit approvals for Trade Finance Transactions
• Coordinate with the Borrower and Business to facilitate the compliance of post-disbursement covenants, recovery of interest and instalments and to ensure better monitoring of the Credit portfolio
• Coordinate with the Borrower to execute the following activities:
o Conduct unit/collateral inspection at stipulated intervals & preparation of reports
o Obtention of Stock Statements/FFRs/Insurance Policies/Due Diligence/ABS from the customer & provides to CMO for analysis/ monitoring/ placement of notes
o Triggering stock audit, revaluation
o Paying premium to ECGC at monthly intervals and ******** renewal to ECGC
o Processing applications received for vendor empanelment
o Tracking Export Order for packing credit disbursement
• Ensure adherence to SLA and maintenance of TAT
• Liaison with the Customer to increase the utilization levels and hence increase Bank's portfolio base.
• Attend Internal/External Audit and ensure all audit related deliverables are met
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Post-Graduation from a recognized institute

• Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
