The manager is responsible for developing the product value proposition and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement product development strategies
• Ownership for product P&L; responsible for driving revenues & reducing costs.
• Initiate and implement marketing programs to drive acquisition and usage on card
• Collaborate with internal functions to achieve maximum results
• Manage relationships with Network Partners to drive innovation and commercial arrangements.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• 2 + years of experience in banking domain (Experience in Cards industry is a plus)
• Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills is a plus
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Good understanding of Credit Cards, Unsecured & Secured Asset product & understanding on Liabilities side of banking
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
