Job Description
Take care of business development, expansion and property acquisition for Showroom and Service workshops.
• Govt Approvals like CLU/ Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs like CTE/ CTO/Project reports and Fire NOCs.
• Monitor development of sites during Construction and interiors/ Fit outs stages.
• Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behaviour.
• Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOP’s/Process) and ensuring their implementation.
• Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions.
• Well documentation skills for auditing and reporting purposes in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances and internal SOPs.
• Vendor handling and negotiation skills.
• Internal coordination with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, Sales and service team and finance team.
• In-dept understanding of real estate industry.
• Maintaining strong relationships with Brokers / IPC / Land-owners.
• Proficient in MS Office/ Presentations and other Office IT tools.
• Adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.
• MIS & Reporting experience
(Real Estate Transaction & Govt Approvals experience is a must.
Additionally, Construction & Estate Management Experience Is Preferred)
