Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Branch Banking based in Mohali, Punjab. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their banking needs, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The responsibilities will also include promoting bank products such as loans, credit facilities, and insurance, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver personalized services and meeting branch banking targets is a significant focus of this role.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Finance and Credit management to assess and address customer needs effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering relationships and delivering exceptional support
• Knowledge of banking products such as Insurance and the ability to recommend suitable options
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while adhering to policies and ensuring compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in branch banking or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in local market knowledge and customer behavior is an added advantage
