JOB PURPOSE

1. To make the Bank a dominant player in these businesses and provide a market leadership position. To develop strong relationship with all SME customers for their respective area for best recall about the Bank for all their financial requirements.
2. Delivery of business numbers as per given target.
3. Processing proposals in coordination with Credit, Legal, Ops.
4. Ensure delinquency resolution for allotted portfolio.
5. Ensure Cross sell of liability and asset products to new & existing customers like Retail assets, General Insurance, Credit cards etc.
6. Facilitate and help to allotted branches in generating EEG business.

Business Development
Branch Engagement: visits & activation (approx. 10 branches)
Branch client base potential scoping.
Other Channel Activation.
Marketing Activities at branches & catchments.
Portfolio Enhancement where clients business have improved.
Facility Proposal Processing
Pre-sanction documentation i.e. login approx. 10 cases
Proposal approval approx. 7 cases
Account Opening
Legal & Valuation clearance
Post Sanction – MFA & Mortgage for appox 7 cases
Customer Relationship
Engagement with client to ensure servicing.
Collection of Asset Cover (insurance) & Stock Statement.
Quarterly customer visits under Call Memo.
Annual Renewal of Proposal.
Audit alert monitoring on account transitions.
Delinquency Management
Monitoring interest servicing of customer.
Regularizing account TOD.
EMI payment overdue recovery.
EXIT delinquent clients.
Cross Sell
Identifying potential customers for cross sell
Pitching products basis propensity and requirements.
Target to get client on e-Platform.
Increase Assets, Liability, Cards products holding
3. DIMENSIONS

Revenue – Will carry targets on EEG loans (New and Enhancement),
Qualitative aspects - Housekeeping items, Delinquency management and Cross-sell.
No of sub-ordinates (direct / indirect / Off roll) – 1 HBL attached as a support and it is an individual relationship role.
Geographical span ( National / Regional / State / City ) – City or cluster of Cities/Towns.

Total Work experience – 2 to 3 years
