Job description:
• Manage sales and distribution of Home loan from Digital channel.
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increasing their productivity.
• Ensure timely updation of lead status as per the policy of the bank.
• Ensuring Top Class service to Customers for better NPS (Net Promoter Score)
• Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Home loan.
• Responsible for meeting defined login and disbursal threshold.
• Responsible for achieving disbursal targets of Home loan via DSTs and increasing their productivity.
• Responsible for training & development of the DST Team.
• Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
• Co-ordinating with Internal teams like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations for smooth flow of business.
• Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers and internal stake holders.
• Experience in HOME LOAN SALES is Must
