Job Description
The role entails providing banking solutions toInstitutional Clients in Government, Financial Institutions,Corporates and TASC Segments with a focus on liabilities and feeincome and ensure best in class relationship management and clientexperience to become their banking partner of choice.
The role bearer is responsible fordeveloping and managing relationships with key InstitutionalClients, and ensuring the acquisition of NTB Institutional Clientsfor Liabilities (CASA / WTD) and Payments & Cash Managementproducts. The role will closely collaborate with the product teamsand Branches as well as manage a team of Relationship Managers todrive effective customer acquisition, servicing, anddeepening.
A - Role &Responsibilities
1- Responsible for developing and managing relationshipswith State Government Departments leading to empanelment,Government Organisation, Autonomous Bodies, Financial Institutions,and large Trusts/ NGOs in the assigned geography/ Zone.
2 - Responsible for acquiring NTB(New to Bank) Clients for Government & Institutional Businessin the assigned geography/ Zone with a detailed understanding ofLiability Products.
3 -Ensure deepening of ETB (Existing to Bank) Book through existingrelationships for Government & Institutional Business in theassigned geography/ Zone
4- Knowledge and understanding of Payments & Cash Management,various Electronic Payment Products, Government Agency Business andbasic understanding of Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange.Demonstrate ability in the understanding of client's requirementsand conceptualizing possible solutions/ propositions
5 - Develop collaborativerelationships with other Business Heads/ Verticals of the Bank inthe assigned geography/ Zone for cross-leveraging synergyoptimization and work within the Overall Bank Eco System with otherStakeholders
6 - Evaluategrowth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback fromdifferent channels/ clients
7 - Develop superior working relationships with Branchesin the assigned geography / Zone for efficient servicing ofexisting Institutional Clients and support them in acquiring NTBClients for Government & Institutional Business.
8- Responsible for ensuring theachievement of budgets by the Branches in the assigned geography/cluster by providing necessary product training, proposals etc. incoordination with the Zonal Office/ Head Office.
Managerial & LeadershipResponsibilities
1 -Attract and retain good talent for the role of RelationshipManagers in their reporting structure
2 -Monitor key business parameters on employeeproductivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessaryimprovements
3 - Enable theteam to drive growth targets by providing the necessarysupport
