Job Requirements
• Ensure ward rounds
• Ensure maintenance of case sheets properly
• Participate in all teaching programmes, CME,s
• Enter in the case files / records with signature, date and time and name – the case history, examination findings and clinical impression.
• Attend to all patients admitted in the wards as soon as admitted
• Write in the indoor sheets about the patients’ condition, vitals on daily rounds and at every patient contact along with the seniors orders and bed-side discussion legibly.
• Complete the discharge summaries in a systematic manner with the investigation reports also enter and explain to the parents regarding the drugs on discharge only under the supervision of the registrars.
• Academic Background : MBBS Recognised By MCI/State Medical Council
1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in a hospital casualty/wards
